My top pick is HubSpot Chatspot.AI. It is designed with the end user in mind. It is designed to be that assistant you never knew you needed, but once you have it, you feel spoilt and you don’t want to go back to your life previously, without one.
Salesforce Einstein is incredibly powerful, probably THE most powerful out of the three I’ve dug into. It allows you to gain a great insight, at speed, into your prospects and where to focus your energy.
The main two reasons I’ve chosen HubSpot’s tool is that:
- It is designed to make your life easier, to streamline repetitive tasks, and be part of your day to day, whether you are a manager or a rep.
- It is free! Einstein incurs an additional cost. As I’m sure you know, Salesforce is expensive as it is. This cost increases if you add on Einstein to your existing plan. HubSpot comes in at a much lower price point anyway, and there’s no additional cost to your plan to use Chatspot.AI for AI sales automation, and as your AI sales assistant.
